Happy Horses

Sundance was our first PMU mare from Canada. She was a 6 year old Belgian and only halter broke. We trained her to ride trails, pick up her feet and stand for the farrier.

Cassidy was Sundance's last PMU foal. She was a friendly Belgian/Paint filly. We trained her to halter, lead, stand tied, pick up her feet, and trailer.

This is a PMU foal from Canada. She was turned over to another rescue in Ohio after her adoption from Canada fell through. She was untouchable when she arrived and in a couple weeks we had her halter trained and leading onto a trailer.

After bowing a tendon at the track Red was on his way to auction. We let him rest up at the farm and in a few months he was out riding trails and even went to his first show. He was 4 years old and sound. He turned out to be a great all around horse.

This grey pony was saved from meatbuyers at the Sugarcreek auction. He now enjoys a lovely home at a hunter/jumper boarding facility.

Diana came to us off a closed PMU ranch in Canada. She stayed with us until she had her baby. She was fostered and adopted out from another facility. Diana was a sweetheart and will be missed.

Maggie was an owner surrender QH who was adopted out to a great trail riding home.

Blackie was an owner surrender horse with arthritis that went to a loving family to be ridden lightly on the trails.

Jersey came to us from another horse rescue that was overflowing. She was greatfully adopted out to a trail riding and horse camping home nearby.

Shasta came from another rescue also. She was an awesome trail horse and a great beginer friendly mare. She went to a trail riding home near Cleveland.

Mixta was saved from Sugarcreek at 4 months old. She was skinny and malnurished. Soon she was in good health and was adopted out to a young lady in town.

Spuds came directly off the track at Mountaineer Gaming Resort in West Virginia. After some much needed turnout and lots of hay he was adopted into a wonderful loving home in Michigan. He still needed much TLC and we are sure he is going to receive it at his new home.

Amy was an owner surrender AQHA mare is going to spend her days in a lovely home with a young girl in Fostoria.
